Delivery

After much consideration when choosing a distribution company, we decided to use DPD to deliver all of our items. We believe that DPD offer the best service for UK and International delivery.

This means that any orders received by 4pm will be delivered to you by the next working day. You will receive confirmation of your delivery from DPD by email and/or SMS and will then be able to reschedule or arrange for your parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. On the day of delivery you will also be given a 1-hour delivery window.

If it’s more convenient to have your items delivered to your workplace, please make us aware of this when filling in the delivery details section of the order page.

All orders placed for a value of £50 or more will receive Free Delivery.

Our standard delivery charge is £3.29*. This is a Next Day Service and covers all UK Mainland addresses. Exclusions include the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Man and Scilly and the Republic of Ireland. Delivery is still available to these areas, but is charged at a slightly higher rate (see below).

Scottish Highlands postal codes: AB36-38 and 55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, 52-54 and 63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, 30-41 and 49-50 are charged at £8.29*.

Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and IOM post codes: GE, HS1-9, IM, IV40-51 and 55-56, JE, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20 and 41-49, PH42-44, TR21-25 and ZE1-3 are charged at £9.13*.

Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are charged at £6.63*.

Saturday delivery is also charged at £6.63*. 

Delivery to France and Germany is £8.29*; however, please note that due to air freight regulations, aerosol products are prohibited so we cannot ship Foggers overseas).
